Mixed bed resin for DI filters

Our regeneration service uses a high-quality resin mixture for direct water purification. It is suitable for use in regenerable or non-regenerable cartridges and in large exchanger systems. Passing water through the freshly supplied resin bed at the recommended rate can achieve an almost complete reduction of dissolved particles. The remaining particles produce average conductivities of around 0.1 μS/cm for much of the life of the system, which can be extended depending on the water quality to be achieved.

Attention  regeneration service:

Exhausted reusable mixed bed resin is sent to Cleantecs in drums by the customer. Depending on the quantity, regenerated mixed-bed resin is then decanted into the barrels sent and returned to the customer.

The purchase of "reusable mixed bed resin" entitles you to use the regeneration service.

If your mixed bed resin in the DI resin filter 50 L is exhausted, you can change it. Pour the exhausted resin into an empty drum and fill in new mixed bed resin using the funnel and protective tube. Send the drum with the exhausted mixed bed resin to Cleantecs.

After regeneration, regenerable mixed-bed resin can achieve the same capacity of ultrapure water as new resin. The prerequisite is sufficient quantities of regenerant. In general, acceptable capacities and qualities can be achieved economically with smaller quantities of regenerant. It can be assumed that "regenerated mixed bed resin" from Cleantecs is slightly below the capacity of virgin resin. Exact values cannot be given. Cleantecs only accepts mixed bed resin for regeneration that has been used to produce ultrapure water for PV systems. This ensures that the resin mixture is not contaminated by applications outside the industry.

Regenerated mixed bed resin can only be ordered if the "reusable mixed bed resin" has already been purchased.
